This policy applies to Arad ITC websites, customer portals, inquiry workflows and related online services. The Arad entity identified in your contract or correspondence is responsible for the relevant processing.

We may collect account and business contact details, organization and job information, authentication and security records, inquiry content, selected products, support correspondence, uploaded files, consent records, and technical data such as IP-derived security signals, browser type and timestamps.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process information to operate accounts, respond to contact, demo, pricing and proposal requests, provide and secure services, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, improve reliability, comply with law and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on context, processing may rely on contract, steps requested before a contract, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests balanced against individual rights.

Sharing and international processing

Access is limited to authorized Arad personnel and providers needed for hosting, communications, security and professional services. We do not sell personal information. Where information crosses borders, we seek appropriate contractual, organizational and technical safeguards.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual commitments, security, dispute resolution and legal duties. Unverified registrations expire after 24 hours. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit logging, backups and incident response measures; no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
