Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Our commitment

Arad ITC wants its public website and customer workflows to be usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Conformance status

This website has not yet completed an independent, full-scope accessibility audit. We therefore describe it as partially conformant while we test and remediate identified barriers rather than claiming full conformance.

Measures we take

We use semantic HTML, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, labeled controls, meaningful headings, text alternatives, sufficient contrast targets, responsive layouts, reduced reliance on color alone and review of new reusable components.

Compatibility and technologies

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common screen readers, keyboard navigation and browser zoom. Accessibility relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA where native semantics are insufficient.

Known limitations

Some legacy content, complex rich text, third-party documents or newly uploaded media may have incomplete alternatives or structure. We prioritize fixes based on impact and can provide accessible alternatives on request.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, identify the page, task, browser and assistive technology where possible through our contact form and select Contact us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and provide a substantive response or plan as soon as reasonably possible.

Assessment and review

Current assessment combines developer review, automated checks and keyboard testing. We review this statement after material platform changes and at least annually.
