Arad names, branding, site design and proprietary materials remain owned by Arad or its licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site as intended.

Links and integrations may be governed by third-party terms. Arad does not control third-party availability, content or privacy practices.

Public site information is provided for general information and may change. Product commitments, warranties, service levels and support obligations exist only in an applicable signed agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without implied warranties.

Liability, suspension and law

To the extent permitted by law, Arad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from public-site use. We may restrict access to protect users or systems. Contract-specific governing law prevails; otherwise applicable mandatory law remains unaffected.
