Messaging and communications
Users must have an appropriate basis for communications, honor consent and opt-out requirements, identify senders where required and avoid unsolicited, deceptive, fraudulent or abusive traffic.
Security
Do not distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, intercept data, evade authentication, share unauthorized access, test without permission or interfere with networks and users.
Resource fairness
Do not impose unreasonable load, circumvent quotas or rate limits, or use automation that degrades service for others. Capacity needs should be coordinated through the agreed channel.
Content
Do not process content that is unlawful, threatening, exploitative, infringing, privacy-invasive or designed to facilitate harm. Customers remain responsible for their data and end-user communications.
Enforcement
Arad may investigate, rate-limit, quarantine, suspend or terminate affected use when reasonably necessary to protect services, users or legal compliance, with notice where appropriate and safe.
