    Arad ITC’s Convergent Short Message Service Centre (SMSC) enables mobile subscribers of GSM/CDMA/IMS/LTE network to send and receive short text messages.     SMS Router (SMS-R) enables operator to leverage the SMS load balancing and Spam Control for optimal network resources utilization. SMS Router allows routing/load-balancing of SMS across multiple SMSC Instance and other SMS Processors.     Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) is a GSM communication technology used to send text between a mobile phone and an application program in the network. Arad ITC's USSD Center enables subscribers to establish interactive, menu-driven sessions where they can request text/data from the applications/services. Through the USSD center, requests/commands can be sent under full operator control, to numerous applications, operator internal systems, corporate ERP system or to Internet.     The objective of Arad ITC's UMS is to enhance call completion for both fixed and mobile networks, efficiently meeting the increased network traffic. Call completion gets enhanced especially for calls that would otherwise be lost.
